If you have a MIRA MALL account, to view your sales receipt:

  • Log in to your MIRA MALL account
  • Click on the Orders on the right-hand side
  • Click on the Order associate to the sales receipt that you wish to view

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges online.

Sale Merchandise

RETURNS

All sale items are final sale. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Restocking of items is totally relative and can not be guaranteed for all items on the website. If you are interested in an “out of stock” item, please do bring it to our notice by sending us a mail or contact us through our online chat platform, and we would get back to you on the availability of the product.

A Canada label can be found here. Print off, attach to your parcel and take to the post office.

Please note, MIRA MALL does not cover the cost of returns from US/Canada.

For our Canadian friends, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please return items in their original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges on all orders.
